What is Party On Arcade?

A colorful, custom arcade on wheels that comes to you - climate controlled, clean, and packed with retro classics! We cater to birthday parties, corporate events, friends’ nights, and even weddings! Every game is set to free play, so guests can hop on and start playing right away. Stocked with step stools so kids can easily enjoy the games too. We also offer lawn games for people whose interests in games might be a little different (we won’t hold it against them!)

Where can Party On Arcade go?

We can bring the fun to most houses, parks, and business parking lots! Just keep in mind — our bus is big — so it’s up to the party host to make sure there’s enough space for us to park and safely leave afterward. If you live on a steep hill, the bus (and your guests!) will feel that same slope. For very steep driveways or roads, you might want to host your party at a park or a friend’s house instead. Our party consultant will touch base with you before the big day to make sure everything is good to go! At this time, we’re only traveling within Washington State — but that might change in the future! Please note: some public parks require additional paperwork or insurance depending on the city. We’re happy to point you in the right direction, but it’s the party host’s responsibility to handle any required permits or insurance approvals.

How many people can play on the bus at one time?

20 people is the sweet spot! We can fit up to 25 people, though that might be a little tight! We have 16 machines, with many 1-4 player games.

Can you travel out of state?

No, at this time we cannot travel out of state -even to Hermiston. If you want to stay updated on when that may change, follow us on our socials!

How do you address safety?

The bus goes through a yearly DOT inspection to ensure everything is running well. We also do safety checks on the vehicle before driving it anywhere. We have both fire and carbon monoxide detectors on the bus, 3 emergency exits and fire extinguishers on the bus. In addition, we have a bodily fluids kit and a first aid kit. For security reasons, we also have cameras on and off the bus.

Do we have Xbox's and Playstations?

No - we feature all classic arcade games. Check out the list of available games on the bus!

What's the suggested age range for birthday parties?

We recommend our party bus for birthday celebrations geared towards ages 7 and up. In our experience, most of the arcade games are a bit advanced for kids under 7. That said, we've made sure younger siblings can still join the fun! We have step stools available and are always happy to help younger party goers with the games. If you think your 5 - or 6- year old would love the bus, we won't stop you from booking, - but we do recommend visiting the bus first to make sure it's the perfect fit. Contact us to schedule a visit with the bus.

Can we ask for something besides candy in the crane machine?

When your party consultant reaches out, let them know if you'd like to customize the items in the crane game! We have a set budget for prizes, but we're happy to work with you to make your idea happen - you'll just over any difference in cost.

What's your cancellation policy?

We understand life happens! If you need to cancel due to illness, a family emergency, or weather, we will work with you to find a new date that fits both of our schedules. If we are unable to rebook your party within a reasonable timeline and you decide to cancel the party altogether, we'll issue a 50% refund. For all other cancellations: More than 3 weeks out before your event: 90% refund Less than 3 weeks before your event: 50% refund

What if Party On Arcade needs to cancel?

In the rare event our bus has mechanical issues or becomes unavailable, we’ll contact you immediately and offer one of the following options: • Reschedule your party (with priority scheduling) • If possible and time permits, move forward with an alternate “Arcade-to-Go” pop-up party at your location • Receive a full refund
